Overview
The Enrolments Officer is a key member of the Enrolments team and often serves as the first point of contact for prospective families. This role is instrumental in delivering a welcoming, professional, and efficient enrolment experience from initial enquiry through to student commencement.
Working closely with the Enrolments Manager and Director of Enrolments, the Enrolments Officer supports the administrative and engagement aspects of the enrolment process, ensuring accurate record-keeping and meaningful interactions with prospective families.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for enrolment enquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Provide administrative support across all stages of the enrolment process, including application processing and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrolment data within the school’s database systems.
• Assist in the coordination and delivery of enrolment-related events such as school tours, orientation days, open days, and boarding marketing activities.
• Support the Enrolments Manager and Director of Enrolments with additional tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience using enrolment management software and databases (or equivalent systems).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
